World Knockout is a IOS/Android game for phones and tablets. In the game, players will fight for freedom against the forces of oppression and bad manners. Our team is comprised of coders and IT professionals who think that any attack on our right to entertainment is an attack on our fundamental freedoms as Americans.
Our ire was raised in December of 2014 when Kim Jung Un threatened Sony Entertainment over the release of the film The Interview, a fine piece of cinematic artwork that we enjoyed thoroughly despite his bad manners. We saw it twice just to prove how free we are. The blu-ray DVD is on order and we will watch it at Dave’s house when it arrives. We will pop the corn of freedom and slurp sodas of justice in the glory of every gross joke, explosion, and Katy Perry reference.
However, Un remains at large and we are not happy about that. Thus, we have created World Knockout: North Korea as a way to vent our frustration with foreign dictators who insist on interfering with movie releases and other vital parts of American life. In the game, you can fight the force of North Korean evil and have your freedom vindicated in the knowledge that Kim Jung Un is fuming in his putrid fortress of darkness.
World Knockout needs you to download our app because freedom demands it. We know that fine, liberty and entertainment-loving citizens worldwide will rise to the call and help us complete our mission: To take a stand once and for all to finally knock out Kim Jong Un.
About Us–the Creators
David Weiss: From his humble beginnings in the patriotic cradle of Boston he has always been concerned with freedom. He openly wept during the proper moments in movies like The Patriot, Born on the Fourth of July and of course during Bill Pullman’s stirring speech in Independence Day. He fully understands what taking on Kim Jong-un and his evil regime means – months if not years in hiding and never having Internet security. He is willing to sacrifice these God given rights to make this statement.
Dave’s long career in software design and IT management is particularly helpful in bringing World Knockout to the world. His passion, dedication and creative force is all on the line.
Tim Snyder: Tim is a sincere guy who thinks he would make a good presidential candidate. He is a social activist and pacifist, thus it is no surprise that he took such delight in conceiving World Knockout as the perfect alternative to all out nuclear war.
When Tim is not trying to jump the White House fence, or participating in a sit-in with songs like “We Shall Overcome”, he is putting his 15 years of project management and product design skills to good use by creating freedom-loving video games.
Nicolas Lozada: At some point ideas must become reality, and that is where Nicolas comes in. He graduated with a degree in Master of Visual Arts and Graphic Design, specialized in painting, illustration, character design and 2D animation at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia.
